The foreigner's test

I believe, that there needs to be some kind of a test to evaluate the sociological and lingual knowledge that foreign students in Jordan have acquired by the end of their trip. Especially that some of them spend around a year here, while most of them do not seem to get it. Many, at least of the ones I have met, still do not seem to understand the kind of social underlying "dynamics" of the "local" surroundings nor the slang used around them. Thus, this is a proposed test, in both languages, to evaluate their experience:

  3. My answers to the bonus questions:

1 - 'Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) was a well-known Austrian artist and vegetarian. He is held in high regard by many Jordanian men because of his two passions – thoughtful, insightful artwork and vegetarianism. Jordanians are known for their diet, which is particularly low in meat, and as a nation are keen advocates of animal rights. Also, the men have found that painting, or claiming to, helps them get foreign women into bed.'

2 - 'Grendizer; Glubb Pasha; Lawrence'
